anyone got one? how do you like it? a person can use 223 mags for a 204 right? DPMS has a pretty nice rifle but i cant see myself waiting friggin 8-12 months for one, according to there website thats what the wait time is... . I havent shot that round before but i hear its great for varmints n such

dont have one.
I would have to compare the dimensions of a .204 Ruger with .223 Remington to say if the mags are interchangable. I would say there is probably atleast a different follower between the two.

The 204 is a hot round. My main concern is barrel life from bore erosion of that round zipping down range at 4k fps.
If you really want a 204 would I would do is get a AR platform with both a 5.56 upper and a 204 upper so you can have a cheap plinking platform.

dpms makes a 204 upper theyre kinda proud of them though, i may have to look into a bot action rifle chambered in a 204

You have a CMG lower, why not get a .204 Upper and swap back and forth.
