The last thing 11-year-old Ewelina Bledniak of Cummings, Ga., had in mind for her summer vacation was a deportation fight.
But Hubert and Agnes Bledniak's daughter, who has been in the U.S. since she was 2 years old, faces getting thrown out of America if she doesn't "voluntarily leave" the country by July 23.
If she doesn't go "home" to Poland ? a country she hasn't seen since she was a baby ? on her own, she'll be sent back involuntarily and not allowed to return for 10 years.
Ewelina's family came to America in 1999, and her father has become an American citizen. Her mother, a permanent resident, also is seeking to become a citizen. But because of a lawyer's mistake eight years ago, according to the Bledniaks, Ewelina can't stay in the U.S. with her parents.

SO, let's do a little comparison. This family *legally* immigrates here to the U.S.A. The father becomes a naturalized citizen, a legitimate business owner, taxpayer and civic contributor to his community, BUT none of HIS following the rules matter when it comes to his immigrant daughter. NOW, he is faced with losing his business and all that he has worked and legally accomplished to comply with current immigration laws.
BUUUTTTT, Obama's ILLEGAL immigrant aunt has been living here in the U.S. for HOW many years PAST being formally rejected for political asylum and EVEN had her stay extended for more hearings on her status!! NOT ONLY has she been living here illegally, BUT she has been living off of the taxpayer's with Public Housing and welfare, essentially a welfare sponge. TO make matters EVEN worse she committed a Federal crime by contributing $260.00 of her Welfare dollars to her favorite nephew, Obama, election campaign!! AND the Obama committed a crime BY accepting a campaign contribution from a NON U.S. citizen!!
So, essentially, let's keep the unsustainable and THROW out those who are contributors!! UNBELIEVABLE!!
