On my Yugo SKS, I have removed the grenade launcher ring and replaced it with a muzzle brake. The question is, there is an exposed part of the barrel now and the brake's coating doesn't match. Any suggestions?

You can strip the coating on the muzzle brake with navel jelly and re-blue to match? Just be carefull not to get that stuff on the gun blueing itself.
