The clackety-clack sound the bolt makes when cycling. Sorry, I probably just ruined it for you now. Everytime you shoot, you will think of me. :D

There is nothing wrong with it to my knowledge, it's just annoying.
When you are used to shooting a bolt action and you pick up a semi-auto it is one of the things you may notice.

I USE A POTATO ON THE BARREL TO STIFLE THE SOUND WHILE "varmenting"
did I mention how much I hate CAP LOCK !!!! grrrr

Thanks you. I built that gun years ago, with intentions of shooting it a lot. And now it sits and rarely gets shot. Unfortunate, I think I'm just afraid of scratching it up.
