A doctor left a clamp in one of my aunts. About a year later, a follow up surgery removed the remaining parts. Most of it had dissolved.

I actually had an ATF agent leave his service weapon in the gun locker at the jail where I work. He put the key in to retrieve it and didn't. :eek:
