So much for all the futuristic "green" high technology built into the home of the future, costing Troy, MI $900,000.00 dollars to build.
Despite all that integrated new-fangled technology, the house remains closed to the public just 7 months after it's debut!!
WHY, you ask?? The pipes froze and burst costing THOUSANDS of dollars to repair!! Someone must've forgot to tell (program) the "intelligent" grid to keep the water pipes warm during the cold winter!! OUTSTANDING!!
