My main reason for comming here is that I just recently found a gun range that I can actually go to every weekend and not end up broke. Back in dacula this wasn't so, and so my whole childhood I was forced to live a life without much shooting except for special events.
But that's different now and I want to get a good fun plinking gun. I do intend to get into competition shooting after college but for now I just want to polish off the rust. Here's what I'm looking for in a pistol
-Under $350 (i'm not exactly rich)
-Has a 4 1/2" long Handle (I don't like having the bottom of my plam wrapping up under it, doesn't feel like you are the one in control)
-Cheaper the ammo the better
-Good practice for before a true "expert" competition gun
-Fun to shoot
-light trigger pull (or access to kits that can bring the TP down)
I just recently went to this gun range I found and rented a P22, it was fun, but innacurate and jammed constantly. I've so far looked into a Ruger mk III, but dont like the magazine disconnect on it, the 22/45 looks good as does a browning buckmark. Any other suggestions?
