Just picked one of these up locally, on sale for $65. Sems pretty durable and the nylon seems to be the same quality as any of the military gear I've used over the years. The only downside is that the straps to secure the rifle are not on molle mounts and I plan to add a little more velcro to them so I can wrap the straps completely around the rifle. May get ambitious later and add molle straps inside. Still alot of bang for the buck though. Nice the ammo pouches are removable and could be added to a ruck or web gear.

nice setup. Does it offer any scope protection? Are the straps adjustable to keep your rifle centered or from riding on the muzzle?

Im using a bulldog case for my AR. 4 30 rd mags on the outside, and I keep 2 20s inside.

No, the straps aren't adjustable. I plan on modifying them though. I also just ordered some molle straps with plastic clips to experiment with. The case is padded, but no specific scope protection. The center ammo pouch would be great for a reflex or acog if you custom cut a hunk of foam padding to put inside. For $65, it's hard to complain though. It's made of the same nylon that rucksacks and LCE are made from.
