Please note that Firearm Sales are Illegal in this forum and WILL be removed.
Because I am a Forum Owner and Licensed Gun Dealer, any Firearm sales here would be subject to my Federal Firearms License and any and all Federal and State Laws.
I am going to contact ATF to make sure I am not incorrect in this assumption and until or unless I am told other wise in writing, there WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

If it doesn't go "Bang" then it is acceptable ;) Holsters, slings, Optics etc.... you get the idea :)

BTW...thanks to you guys for setting up this forum. Perfect timing as I'm looking for a CCW now that I have my license.

Ammo?
BTW, aren't blackpowder firearms and other "collectibles" exempt from FFL? Not trying to push and issue. Just trying to get a clear definition.

So am I and that's why I am awaiting a written response from ATF on the matter.

I imagine you're kidding but thinking about it, it's kind of a good idea. Trucks, beer (not at the same time), guns and chicks. Yeahhhhhhhhhhhh :D

That's how we roll in TX...
Been many a time at the shop (located on 300+ acres) where we'd be cracking beers while operating machinery and occasionally step outside to blast something - but never in the direction of our trucks! :)

Unfortunately most of our GTGs are heavy on trucks and beer, but light on chicks.
I guess we'll have to set the Ranch up with a new shooting range. With all these modifications, Charlie is never going to want to sell it. :D

Is ammo a no-no?Ammo would be fine.
The basic rule is this: If your transaction needs to involve an FFL holder to be legal, you can't use the classifieds.

Is this a site specific rule ? I ask because I see receivers sold on other sites.
