4-year-old Josie Bluhm, a U.S. citizen, lost her life in auto accident caused by an illegal alien, REPEAT DUI offender!!
YES, THIS is the kind of trash that Obama and crew want to give automatic U.S. citizenship to, to swell the ranks of voters that will support their re-election and control in D.C.
I HOPE the parents sue the crap out of the civil authorities who let this POS continue illegally living and driving here!! I would, AND I would sue EVERY Federal official, right on up to Obama himself, responsible for the lack of enforcing the immigration laws ALREADY on the books!!

Despite repeated trips through Douglas County's criminal justice system, Eleazar Rangel-Ochoa wasn't identified as an illegal immigrant until this week, after he was accused of causing a crash in west Omaha that killed 4-year-old Josie Bluhm.
It was unclear exactly how Rangel-Ochoa's immigration status went undetected after so many court appearances and revocations of his driving privileges. But part of the reason was the inability to thoroughly check his documentation the first time he walked into the Nebraska Department of Motor Vehicles.
Rangel-Ochoa, 27, applied for his first Nebraska driver's license in September 1998 using a Social Security card, according to state records. *At the time, employees were unable to verify the validity of the Social Security number with a federal database, said Beverly Neth, director of the Motor Vehicles Department.* (GMScott adds - SO they JUST GIVE him the license ANYWAY!!)

THIS is why I get SOOO mad when I hear certain liberals who DON'T want to use the word "alien" or "ILLEGAL" anymore when referring to these people!! Let's get serious here, SECURE the border AND ENFORCE the current immigration LAWS!!
