From a "leo's" point of view,what has been discussed on the leo boards about our little problem re."BART POLICE" shooting ny's day?All the political stuff left behind,what do the discussions on tatics say?

No one,nothing,nada,zilch,zip on the le boards,not even opinions?

The guy made a huge mistake but a murder charge isn't going to fly. Where is the malice? The only thing i can think of is that the DA is going to try and get him to plea to either voluntary or involuntary manslaughter.

IF he is convicted of 2nd degree, it's going to end up the US Supreme Court. Mark my words.

I can't imagine he'll get a murder conviction. I would hate to see it. what he did was ridiculous and I really have no idea what he was thinking. At the same time, I don't think there was any malice, and I don't think he did it on purpose. We'll just have to wait and see..
