got the wife to tentatively agree to buy me and the kids a 10/22 (each) for christmas.

Im a bit torn at the moment.

Careful, FO. I think her buying 3 semiautomatic weapons (assuming you have 2 kids) for other people makes her a "straw" purchaser. All kinds of bad JuJu there.

Almost bought it for Wifey.
