Hey all, new to the forum...at least this one, but I just bought a XD9 Subcompact and really like it. I'm new to pistols, at least high priced ones, so did I get a good one? I have small hands and with the 16 shot clip it fits perfect in my grip and I plan on using it for a concealed weapon and carrying while traveling. I've only shot 5 rounds through it and it seemed pretty accurate with little recoil. I also love the safety and really don't have to worry about fumbling with it in an emergency.

nope, you didn't get a good pistol... you need to ship it to me for proper disposal....
I carry the XD40 SC. the more you shoot it, the smoother the trigger will get.
Congratulations on finding a sub compact. they are in high demand right now.

Yeah, I feel lucky I got it. Everyone was out and none of the suppliers knew when they would get some more. I found it at a Mom&Pop store for $515. Well gotta go to the deercamp now so I can get the feel for it.:D

$515 OTD isn't bad. mine was about $480 OTD 6 months ago and demand has gone up since then...
