"Assault Weapons" ban coming soon?
Like we didn't see this one coming a mile away.........

(Airing this morning on CNN Headline News) http://www.cnn.com/2009/CRIME/01/24/...tml#cnnSTCText MIAMI, Florida (CNN) -- Miami police issued a plea for information Saturday after at least one person with an assault rifle opened fire on a crowd of people on a streetcorner Friday night, killing two teens and wounding seven other people. "These are weapons of war, and they don't belong on the streets of Miami or any other street in America," Mayor Manuel Diaz said.

I'm sure the victims family's would feel a lot better if they had been shot with single shot rifle instead.

When questioned about the definition of a Barrel Shroud (one of the "scary" components that Ms. Feinstein stated defined an Assault Weapon) she replied,....
"I believe it is a shoulder thing that goes up"
