CA Handgun Ownership Age Limit
I know in California one cannot purchase a handgun if he or she is under the age of twenty-one. However, can one own a handgun if he or she is under the age of twenty-one and over eighteen (such as a handgun passed down from a parent)?

http://ag.ca.gov/firearms/index.php I'm on the "Right" coast in Virginia. We don't have the rediculous firearms laws that California like to pass.
