Glock Refinish

A LEO buddy sent his Glock 23 to an outfit in FL for a bit of a reshape and different stipling on the grip. It turned out really nice and fits my hand better than my own 23 so I am thinking of getting this done.

Does anyone know how they remold the grip to change the texture?
