That is the second time that has happened in Colorado.

If I remember correctly, the drunk neighbor came home from the bar to find "his" house locked and proceeded to smash in the back door. He came in yelling at the elderly homeowners to get out of "his" house then attacked the wife. The husband retreived his 357 and shot the drunk guy twice. The drunk guy was still able to wrestle the gun from the homeowner and shoot him. The homeowner survived but I think the drunk died.
