What a great rifle

I don't remember exactly when I bought my JP upper for my AR it was between 99 and 01. I shot 3 gun with it and practiced with it until maybe 07 when I bought a different upper. It's always been a fantastic shooter but I haven't been shooting it for awhile.

I'm up visiting the folks over the holiday and took a buddy out to sight in his new rifle.

After we were done with his rifle I shot a 3 shot group at a hundred yards. Not bagged just supported on the mags resting on the tail gate of the pickup and I was kneeling two shots touching and one shot 3/8" away. It was kind of a quick pace and I hadn't expected it to shoot anywhere near that. I was using cheap ammo (if any ammo is cheap today) PMC. After all the shooting I've done with it to shoot that well I couldn't be happier.

It's a great great rifle.
