gun forum network

There is an effort underway to organize and network the gun forum websites to share information, co-ordinate letters to representatives, and decide what to do and when. If we utilize our numbers, the online gun community will be a force to be reckoned with. A sudden and undeniable inundation of letters, phone calls, emails, etc. will be a potent reminder of the will of the gun-owning public.

I don't know what your opinions are about "assault weapons", but seeing as this is the Tactical Shotgun forum, I'm sure most members here are familiar with the restrictions regarding so called "assault weapons", and the foolishness of the 1994 AWB. The next ban will be more severe and permanent than the last, and when they've got our black rifles, AKs, and the like, they'll come for your pistol grip shotguns, your extended mag tubes, your bayonet lugs, your side saddles, etc. Then on to the "sniper rifles" (deer rifles), and so on, until we have nothing.

Get involved! Get informed!

Thanks for listening.

I am for joining forces. How do we combine? Is that something Lary would have to do? I think that if all gun forums linked to one another or combined in some way to be HUGE that would be a pretty large force.

the way Im reading it, Arfcom is just kinda where it began.
It seems more than just linking everyone together, but disseminating information and organization of letters and emails to the powers that be.

the thread I posted above is up to 12 pages, alot to read but there is some advice and tips for communicating with legislators.

Man that is a long thread over there. I have to read through it this week to get an idea of what it's all about but i have the gist of it. I wouldn't mind posting it as a sticky if you guys think it should be.
