Gun ownership becoming more difficult.
While the rest of the country seems to worry about more restrictive gun control measures (and rightly so) California might just have some of their restrictive laws done away with.
For those of you that don't know we have a not unsafe handgun list. If it isn't on the list you don't get one. It's just a bunch of hoops they make the manufactures do to add to the cost / reduce firearms in the state. This law might very well be ready to fall in the next 12 months. Along with the loaded chamber indicator, microstamping, and a few others.

What's driving the change? Are the moderates starting to make their voices heard or have people started to realize criminals don't follow the law anyway, so anything they pass controlling weapons will actually encourage more crime?
