The Montana Fish, Wildlife & Parks department is proposing to ban the use of sabots in shotguns and muzzle loaders in certain hunting areas.
But I'm not in Montana! Well it doesn't matter, they are accepting public input and do not ask where you live. ya know, They have a valid point.
funny thing tho, Oklahoma has shotgun only areas, but you cant use buck shot, only slugs, which are just as effective as alot of modern rifles. for a change, Im gonna have to agree with the suggested rule changes. I think it will keep the areas open instead of being closed to hunting all together.

Here, a lot of guys have gone to a muzzleloader for improved range and accuracy in the shotgun zones.
