Good deal...

I went ahead and drove down to Baton Rouge and had them look over the application and they did the finger printing. Rog's got sent back for a couple of lil issues so I figured this would cut out some of the haggle.

Good idea.......I sent in everything I was told to. However, they requested a bit more. No big deal.....just a small delay. My wife use to work in NWU in LA.....Pretty area.

Well, they have yet to cash my check.......they wanted a copy of both sides of my drivers license.......maybe because I'm out of State. I applied for TX and I'm in NM. Wasn't in the instructions I was given for the package to send in.

Well, they cashed my check yesterday.......I hope that is a positive sign. On a negative note......I left my weapon holstered in a Crossbreed holster in the under seat storage of the CTD......was 107 that day, but the truck was never uncomfortable when I got in......bottom line, the plastic holding the weapon deformed due to heat.........now retention is too much for a nice smooth draw (as it was originally sent)......I'll contact Crossbreed and let you know of their response......they seem like stand up folks. Might be quicker and easier to fix it myself.

Crossbreed Holsters are a stand-up group. They returned my call promptly, told me to send in the holster and they would repair the holster.......no questions asked......very polite.

Received mine today........took about 8 weeks........they did request I send them something which I was not told was required......that may have delayed the process a bit. Very nice folks and very easy.
