Yep thats it, my only complaint with it is that it is hard to keep your angle right on it. But small knives area breeze with it.

what you would you guys use to sharpen a knife with very hard blade steel. its rock well is 57. i tried plain stones wheres the stone does nothing to the blade.

it takes some practice, but for very hard blades, I use the edge of the window on my truck. Roll the window about 1/2 to 3/4 of the way down and work it like you would a stone or steel.

Any piece of tempered glass will work.
Glass has a hardness of something like 1500 Brinell.
