Neat
My local gun shop has one for sale, it's mighty hard to resist. My only saving grace is that I only have 80 yards at home, and I don't like driving to ranges. If I had the field for it, I'd be broke buying ammo for it LOL

i have 42 acres of woods to shoot in. As far as the ammo goes its still not that bad at $3.25 a round for AP. With the way other ammo prices are i am surprised the .50 cal stuff is holding its own. Well for now. How much are they asking for the .50 cal at your local gun shop?

$3.25!
The last time I shot a Barrett, ammo was $1.50 a round and that was in 2005. I have not looked at recent prices.Anyway, that's a cool rifle. Have you considered reloading for it? I can't remember where I saw it recently but someone was selling pulled bullets for the .50 and the price seemed very reasonable. I think it was less than .50 cents each. |
