Montana and their State's rights

http://artfularticulations.blogspot....es-rights.html

Go Montana...Go Montana...Go Montana. Utah and Texas have similar bills in the works but are making thiers even tougher. In the end this will reach far beyond gun sales and hopefully encompass all intrastate trade. They are already gearing up for a fight in the Supreme Court and I believe the stand a good chance of winning. According to Glenn...and all the experts, this is a "game changer".[laugh] Lets hope it catches on like wildfire with other states.

This whole "back to state's rights" is catching on and catching in a hurry... I like the trend, but I also see it becoming an issue in the smaller, east coast states and states with a high population density in one confined area.

rights has never been a popular subject on the federal level... The federal government just cant cope with the diveristy of issues in the detail like individual states (and even counties) can.
