No Firearm sales in Classifieds
Members:

Please note that Firearm Sales are Illegal in this forum and WILL be removed.

Because I am a Forum Owner and Licensed Gun Dealer, any Firearm sales here would be subject to my Federal Firearms License and any and all Federal and State Laws.

I am going to contact ATF to make sure I am not incorrect in this assumption and until or unless I am told other wise in writing, there WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.

Thank you for your consideration in this matter.

How about a sticky of allowed to sell items?

What about "Pop" or "Boom"?

BTW...thanks to you guys for setting up this forum. Perfect timing as I'm looking for a CCW now that I have my license.

BTW, aren't blackpowder firearms and other "collectibles" exempt from FFL? Not trying to push and issue. Just trying to get a clear definition.

Bare receivers would not be allowable, either.
