Noble brand shotguns

I have a 20 guage pump gun made by Noble. All I know about the company was they either went out of business or got bought out. Does anybody know anything about this company?

I believe Noble used to make guns for Sears Roebuck and maybe Woolworth. I too had a Noble 20ga pump, and finally wore out the action rod. Couldn't find any parts, so a bit of creativity with a welder and it worked again. I bet my dad still hunts with it now and again.
