I'm sure they can write what they want to in these reports to cover thier butts (within reason) but I'd have to agree with the officer on this one. I dang sure wouldn't apologize to this guy and might even try to file a slander suite against someone. And why does Obama even have to comment on this other than the smoke and mirror effect?
