Question Ruger mini thirty

I want a Ruger mini thirty. I have found them for a little less than $700 retail. A good friend of mine is a dealer with an FFL. I was wondering what the mark up is? I wont see him until next week.
I want one with a synthetic stock and stainless.
The reason I want the 762x39 is because it is a better hog gun than the 223 and I have an SKS with alot of ammo.

Any one have one?
How do you like it?

Well, I hope I like it. It is being shipped as I type. The stainless is a little less than $640 with the 20 round mag.
If I do not like it, I know the resell is good and they are not going to get any cheaper soon.
