I'm confused, just exactly what was their crime?

They made thousands of receivers, a batch of 40 were not registered?

A lot does not add up with that article. I do know this, the malarkey about the offsite Mfg. was in regards to a building on THEIR property that mad a part of the receiver.

The issue is they sold to an out of state buyer (California) that didn't have a FFL. All out of state transfers must be made through FFL dealers.
