winchester 1886 40-82
just picked this up last week have seen it all of my life at a friends fathers house . it has been in a gun cab, with a cotton ball stuck in end of barrel. I have never seen it out of there no one has fired it in 50 years. his father just passed and my friend hates guns! called me and asked me if I wanted it I only paid 500.00 for it . I am going to put it away maybe it will put my 6 year old in school some day. what a deal I got there sure glad he hated guns http://s654.photobucket.com/albums/u...hester%201886/what do you think it will be worth in another 12 years

Case hardened and octagonal barrel combine for an extra cool factor.
Good find. |
