Thanks for posting.

I remember reading somewhere about his arrest but never heard about the outcome.

When the question came up about open carry the Utah AG was quick to stand up for us gun owners.

well, thankfully, he was aquitted, but he should have never been arrested in the first place. His firearm hasn't been returned and there is no word on if the PD is going to appeal to a higher court.

Personally, I think the department needs to be hit with a false imprisonment lawsuit.
