Since you only posted calibers, not cartridge, Im going 7mm.
Altho, its really a tossup between the 7mm Rem Mag and .30-06.
Both are quite capable of taking anything in the continental US if you do your job.

I see you've added the .338 and the 6.5, so that covers three of my favorites (.338 WinMag, .264 WinMag and 6.5x55 Swede) but you're still missing the all-time, most versatile cartridge in the world (and my personal favorite)

My dad has a .264 Win Mag and absolutely loves it. I must say its pretty impressive. I have a .270 and its done me well. If I had to buy new it would be a 7 Mag

Yep, you guys are right I should have added the 45-70 and 375 HH.. Those two rounds have taken game all over the world... great rounds
