    Went Shooting.

Hello forums, I been doing some reloading nothing special just some basic 158 grain round nose lead loaded in 357 magnum cases and kept them under 1000 fps to keep from bore fouling. Took the Ruger GP 100s out to the farm and ran the rounds through them at the metal plates at 25 yards and had...

    What's everyone up to tonight?

Today we're having a family outdoor cookout and everyone is old enough to understand the 6ft rule so all will be good. I'm charcoal grilling hamburgers and hot dogs with ears of corn and zucchini squash and potato salad. And yes there will be some shots of Wild Turkey 101 for the adults. I...

You have Won the Handgun of your choice !

I've always liked the Mauser C96 Broom handle and always thought the accessory's were cool although never knew they came as fully auto.

I've shot them a few times. Ouch! More firearm than I'd ever have a need.

    What's everyone up to tonight?

I hate yard work and have a guy come out twice a month and take care of it. He does a good job and is reasonable and reliable and all I have to do is pay him. :) What am I doing tonight depends on the weather and weather permitting the Wife and I will probably go for a bicycle ride although...

    Hello gunners!

Hello Kazzooo2000, Welcome to Gun Forum. Yeah I imagine New Jersey and surrounding states have pretty hard core gun laws. Here in Oklahoma it's pretty laid back permit less open carry although I have a my concealed carry license. I figure it's just a smart thing to have and it helps to...

What is your preferred carry ?

I agree it is a sweet little revolver and I would also hated to have to get rid of it. I'm with ya on the not as young as I used to as I'm there myself and hands that used to be strong as hell are riddled with carpel tunnel and arthritis. Moving from a 12 gauge to a 20 gauge doesn't make you a...

What knife do you carry or have handy always ?

You might contact Victorinox and see what a replacement case might cost and who knows they may send you one for no cost. Be worth a shot and nothing to lose imo. https://www.victorinox.com/us/en...

    Hi, Graeme here,

Hello Graeme and Welcome to the GunForum, Holsters should be the same as for the real thing since these are replica's. Perhaps these are of use. https://maxarmory.com/collections/replica-blank-guns https://replicaweaponry.com/blank-guns/...

What is your preferred carry ?

Yes that's also a concern I have also is my hands are laced with carpel and arthritis which does make it hard to deal with the recoil of snub nose revolvers. Another reason of why I haven't purchased an SP101 plus the amplification added by using 357 magnum loads. Ouch!

What knife do you carry or have handy always ?

It is cool however not practical at all. If I was rich I'd probably buy on just for the ornamental conversion piece it would be.
