Installation of axial piston pump


(1) Before installation, all parts or components to be installed shall be checked again and recorded.


(2) Deburring all parts, especially the sharp corner.


(3) All parts should be carefully cleaned before installation to prevent impurities, dust, dirt, etc. from mixing into the outer surface of each cooperation room in the pump, so as to avoid scratching the smooth appearance of each cooperation part.


(4) When installing, the force ring should be struck. If it is necessary to strike, the hammer should not be used to hit the parts directly. Instead, it should be padded by the central object (such as copper rod).


(5) During installation, the steel ball of centering tension spring should be prevented from falling off. The steel ball can be coated with cleaning grease to make the steel ball stick to the inner sleeve of tension spring or return plate before installation. Otherwise, if the steel ball falls into the pump during installation, other parts in the pump will be damaged during the operation, so that the pump can not be repaired again. Pay attention to this.

If the end face of the valve plate is pulled out due to grinding, attention should be paid to the accurate orientation of the locating pin to the pin hole on the pump body during re installation. As shown in figure x, if the hydraulic pump works normally (according to direction a), it is necessary to install the positioning pin in hole 1; if the hydraulic pump works in reverse direction (according to direction B), it is necessary to install the locating pin in hole 2; if the hydraulic pump is required to be used as a hydraulic motor, the locating pin is necessary to be installed in hole 3 regardless of forward rotation or rotation.


(7) After the variable head is installed, it should be adjusted within 0 ° to 21 ° and the final setting angle of variable head should be 20 ° 30 ′ and a layer of clean machine oil should be coated on the surface whose surface roughness meets the requirements.


(8) When tightening the screw, the screw should be inserted symmetrically and evenly under force, and the pump shaft should be rolled by hand at the same time to ensure that the rolling is sensitive and stable, and there is no difference between the weight and weight.
